Common questions
A staff member found redbacks — is that urgent?
Treat it as urgent — redbacks in racking, pallets or outdoor furniture are a genuine WHS risk. Call and we’ll get a technician out fast.
The ants keep coming back after we spray them. Why?
Surface spray kills the trail, not the colony. We track trails back to nests and treat those — plus a perimeter barrier so the next colony doesn’t walk in.
How long does a perimeter barrier last?
Typically a season or more depending on surfaces and weather. Most commercial sites schedule a re-treatment annually before summer.
Do you treat external areas like bin corrals and smoking areas?
Yes — external harbourage points are part of every ant and spider job.
