We map the weed pressure: species, seasonal growth patterns, drainage lines, hardstand joints, fence lines, and any sensitive areas requiring selective treatment.
Targeted treatment
Selective herbicides where turf or landscaping must survive; non-selective knockdown plus residual control on hardstand, rail sidings, and fence lines.
Scheduled maintenance
Weed control is seasonal — one-off sprays regrow. Scheduled programs keep sites clean through the spring and autumn flushes.

Common questions
Can you handle a council compliance notice?
Yes — fire-risk and amenity notices are common triggers for a call. We treat, clear, and give you the documentation to show council the work is done.
Is spraying safe near our staff and stormwater drains?
We use registered products, follow label buffer requirements around drains and waterways, and schedule around site activity. Chemical records are provided for your WHS file.
How often does a commercial site need treatment?
Most industrial sites run two to four scheduled visits a year, timed to the spring and autumn growth flushes. We’ll recommend a frequency after seeing the site.
Do you do one-off cleanups?
Yes — though expect regrowth without a residual program. We’ll quote both options so you can compare.
